Q. Do you provide photography:

A. yes, locally, we provide candid newborn and children's photography. We also work with a variety of portrait photographers and local studios.

Q. How do I submit my picture?

Q. How do I pay for my order?

A. I will send you a request for payment through pay pal. They take all Major credit cards and are a very secure site. Or, you can mail a check to:

Q. What is included in the basic set up fee?

A. Our basic set up fee includes cropping your photo, reducing red eye, Changing any picture to black and white or Sepia/bronze in color and making Basic text changes and additions to your card.

Q. What is a custom design fee?

A. We can design a card from scratch, based around your photo if you do not wish to choose from one of our templates. A custom design Takes an additional day to create, and proofs are sent via email until you are satisfied.

Q: Can I send a professional photo?

A: Yes, with a photographer's release form. Your photographer should have these release froms available.

By submitting your order, you represent that you have permission from the copyright holder or other owner to reproduce the image, and that our reproduction of the image will not violate the rights of any other person. Also, by submitting your order, you agree to indemnify us and defend and hold us harmless from all actions, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or relating to:

(a) our possession or reproduction of the image and
(b) any breach of your representations in the previous sentence.

Q. Do envelopes come with my order?

A. Yes, white envelopes are included. We do not print return addresses on the envelopes, But you can order matching return address labels.

Q. How fast will my order be finished?

A. You will receive a proof within 48 hours after you have submitted the order form and your photos. Once your proof is approved, and payment is received in full, your order will be sent to print for processing and then shipped to you. It should take 6-8 business days from the date you approve your proof for you to receive your order,

Q. What if I need my order sooner than in 8 days?

A. Contact us immediately and we can rush your processing and shipping. Special fees would be addressed on an individual basis as they are requested.

Q. Will I be able to view my cards before you send them?

A. Yes, you will be able to view a proof through email. We will Make minor adjustments as needed, including text, red eye black and white, changing to sepia, or minor background color changes.

Q. Can you erase a background, or delete an object from my photo?

A. Yes, this can be done, the fee for this is $20.00.

Q. What is color enhancing and how much is this?

A. Color enhancing is when we color part of a photo, and the rest is black and white. The fee for this is $20.00.

Q. What are your cards printed on?

A. Our cards are all professionally printed using high end digital press. All of our cards are printed on heavy weight cardstock.

Q. I just received my cards, I love them and need more what do I do?

A. Just give us a call or email your request, we will then send a request for payment through Pay Pal, and process your order. Orders are kept on file for 3 months.

Q. What if I am unhappy with my order?

A. We will stand by our work 100%. If for some reason you are unhappy with your cards, we will either address your concerns and reprint your cards or we will issue a full refund
